Leads projects and translates a business problem into the language of solutions: he gets to the bottom of what really hurts and turns it into a plan that both the client and the team understand.
7 articles on the blogFor twenty years we've known how sales break. Now we fix them with AI.
AIBP (AI Business Partner) rebuilds how companies work around artificial intelligence: we find where a business is losing customers, money and time, and build a system in which AI handles the routine while people do what they do best — talk to customers and make decisions. We work with companies of any size.
Our goal: money in the till
- lead
- a reply in seconds
- a deal in the CRM
- payment
We've seen it from the inside.
in sales
We've been in sales for twenty years, and we know how it breaks. Not from consultants' slides but from the inside: a lead goes cold overnight, a manager forgets to call back, a quote takes half a day to put together, and the head of sales learns about the problem only once revenue has already dropped. Time and again we fixed it with people, rules and oversight — and watched everything slide back to where it started.
Artificial intelligence gave us, for the first time, a tool that doesn't get tired, doesn't forget and doesn't go on holiday. We combined it with what we know about sales — and that's how AIBP came about.
Our goal.
We measure our work not by the number of bots or how pretty the reports look, but by the economic impact on our client's business — money in the till. A cold lead should turn warm, and a warm one should turn into a payment. A request shouldn't wait until morning, and a deal shouldn't gather dust in the CRM with no next step.
A healthy company has a pulse: every day of the month, the sales team works to a clear plan that leads to money. We give the business that rhythm back — and make sure it holds without us.
What we believe.
- 01
Blueprint first, then build.
We don't start by picking a neural network. First we work out where the company is losing money and time, sketch how the process ought to work, and only then decide what to hand over to AI. The estimate comes after the review, not before it.
- 02
People keep their jobs.
AI takes over the routine: the first reply, call reviews, calculations, reports, reminders. Negotiations, tricky cases and decisions stay with people — and they can see every step the system takes.
- 03
AI has to earn trust.
We test every solution on real data before letting it near customers, and we're honest about where AI still loses to a human.
- 04
If you don't need AI, we'll say so.
A bot is a tool; we are accountable for the result. If the job can be done without AI, we'll talk you out of anything unnecessary.
- 05
Customers need a conversation, not a template.
It isn't “the company” that talks to a customer but a specific person who remembers what was agreed. That's why our systems gather everything known about the customer before anyone speaks to them.
- 06
The job is done when the system runs without us.
Everything is documented, everything is set up, everything belongs to you: the systems run in your accounts and on your keys.
How we got here.
- 2024
We start learning artificial intelligence hands-on: trying, implementing, making mistakes, working out what actually pays off.
- 2025
First working solutions: a sales robot that answers customers in messaging apps, finds out what they need and books them in for a meeting.
- 2026
Separate tools grow into a system. The sales robot, CRM, call reviews, daily plans for managers and analytics start working as a single sales department, where AI handles the routine and people make the decisions. We call this business engineering.
- Today
AIBP (AI Business Partner): eight products that work on their own and add up to one system. We study the client's business, design the process and build a solution around it — for sales, hiring, quality control, analytics and marketing.
What we do.
Eight products. Each works on its own, and together they add up to one sales system. A review shows where to start in your case.

05Building a sales department
Rules, scripts and a next step for every dealScripts and rules, reviews of deals and reasons for refusal, a next step for every lead, onboarding of managers.
06Client acquisition
A flow of leads that turn into moneyStrategy and positioning, content, websites and SEO.
07AI recruiting
First-round candidate screening without manual routineThe robot sorts applications, asks questions, runs a first interview and gives the recruiter a shortlist of candidates. The hiring decision stays with a person.
08Sales department automation
Everything together: a turnkey sales teamRobot, CRM, analytics and quality control in one setup: a lead lands in the CRM by itself, tasks are created without reminders, reports are compiled automatically.
How all of this adds up to one system is covered on the page “AI implementation for business”.
What people come to us with.
- Leads get lost or wait until morning for a reply.
- Overdue tasks and deals with no next step pile up in the CRM.
- The head of sales has no time to listen to calls and doesn't know why customers say no.
- Managers spend hours calculating and putting together quotes.
- Hiring new people is expensive, and the current team can't keep up.
- You want to bring in AI but don't know where to start or what will pay off.
Sales is the most common way in, but we rebuild hiring, quality control, reporting and marketing the same way: any process that can be put into words.
Who we are.
AIBP was founded by three people. We run every project ourselves — from the first conversation to a working system.
Builds the product: designs the platforms our clients' sales teams run on — from the process map to a manager's ready-to-use workspace. Looks after the AIBP website and promotion.
7 articles on the blogMakes sure everything works together: connects AI to the client's CRM, telephony and messaging apps, so the robot calls, writes and sets tasks right inside the tools the team already uses.
5 articles on the blogWhere we're going.
In a few years, every company will work this way: people where a conversation and a decision are needed, AI wherever speed and memory are. We want our clients to get there first — and to get money out of the shift, not a headache.
Tell us what hurts — we'll suggest how to fix it.
