Service AI implementation in sales

An AI sales agent that never sleeps.

It replies within seconds at any hour, finds out what the client needs, books a call and keeps the CRM card itself. A person steps in where a person is needed — and meets a client who is already warm.

What it is In plain words

It takes the first conversation off your hands.

What the agent does

It picks up the enquiry from a messenger or the website, answers questions, works out what the person needs and moves them to the next step: a booked call, a quote or a meeting.

What it is not

It is not an auto-reply and not a set of buttons. It understands words as they are written: the client writes the way they normally would — and gets a straight answer instead of a list of options.

Work 6 jobs

What it does instead of a salesperson.

Replies in seconds

At night, on a weekend, at peak hours — response time no longer depends on how busy the team is.

Finds out the task

What is needed, by when, what the budget is, who makes the decision.

Books the call

Offers a free slot and sets the meeting — without three rounds of messages.

Keeps the CRM card

The enquiry, the conversation and the agreements land in AmoCRM without anyone retyping them.

Hands the person over

As soon as the conversation reaches price, a hard question or readiness to pay.

Comes back to the silent ones

Follows up with people who wrote once and disappeared — on a schedule, not from memory.

Difference Agent versus chatbot

Buttons run out. Conversation does not.

Button-based chatbot

It walks the person down a tree: press this, then that. The moment a question falls outside the tree, the conversation hits “I did not understand you” — and the client leaves.

Sales robot

It reads free text, holds the whole conversation in mind and answers by meaning. A client can write “what if I have two sites and one is urgent” — and get an answer rather than a list of buttons.

The easiest way to see the difference is to try it: write something awkward to our agent and watch how it gets out of it.

Result What changes in the team

Three things you notice at once.

Enquiries stop getting lost outside working hours

An enquiry that arrives on Friday evening has usually gone cold by Monday: the person wrote to three other places and is already talking to whoever answered first.

The salesperson stops spending the day sorting cold leads

Only those who have already described their task and agreed to talk reach them.

The CRM gains a history

Not “called, no answer”, but what the person asked about, what was promised and what was agreed.

Channels Where it works

Wherever the client prefers to write.

Telegram

The main channel: the client writes to the bot and gets the answer right there.

Website

A form and a mini app, from which the enquiry drops into the same pipeline.

Other messengers

Connected as the need arises.

How it works 4 steps

We set it up in four steps.

01

Review

Where enquiries come from, who handles them today and how, and where they get lost.

02

Build

We write the script from your own material: services, prices, objections, frequent questions.

03

CRM link-up

Enquiries, conversations and tasks land in AmoCRM automatically.

04

Launch

For the first weeks we read real conversations and refine the answers.

Money What it costs

First we count the losses, then the price.

The price depends on how many channels we connect, how complex the script is and whether your CRM needs integrating. Reviewing the task and giving an estimate is free: we first look at where exactly you are losing enquiries, and only then quote.

If it turns out that an agent will not solve your problem, we will say so.

Questions 6 answers

Frequently asked questions.

Will the client realise they are not talking to a person?

We do not pass the agent off as a human — that comes out quickly and leaves a bad impression. It introduces itself as an assistant and says up front that it will call a specialist when needed. In practice what annoys people is not a robot, but silence.

What if it answers something wrong?

The agent does not make things up: it answers from your material and passes anything it does not know to a person. For the first weeks we read real conversations and correct the answers — which is why the launch does not end on the day it is switched on.

How long does the rollout take?

A simple script in one channel goes live in a few days. A full one, with CRM integration and objection handling, usually takes two to four weeks — most of which goes into gathering your material, not the technology.

Will it replace salespeople?

No, and that is not the goal. It takes over the first contact and the routine so that the salesperson can do what needs a human: negotiating, hard cases and money.

Do I need AmoCRM for this?

Not necessarily, the agent works without it. But most of the value is lost: without a CRM the conversation stays in the messenger, and a month later nobody remembers what was agreed.

Where is client data stored?

On a server in Russia. What exactly is collected and why is described in the personal data policy.

Write a couple of words about your business to our agent — it will reply and book you a free review. That is the demo.
