amoCRM where every deal is visible.

We set the CRM up around the way you actually sell: the pipeline mirrors the real process, every channel flows into one window, tasks are created automatically. No more deals that only one manager remembers.

What it is In plain words

A CRM is not a spreadsheet. It is your sales process.

What we do

First we map how a deal moves from first contact to payment. Then we build exactly that path in amoCRM: stages, fields, automatic tasks, channels and reports. And we stay until the system is used without reminders.

What we don't do

We don't sell licences for the sake of licences and we don't build a pipeline out of forty fields nobody will fill in. If your process is simpler than it looks, we'll set it up that way. Extra fields don't discipline a team — they kill the habit of using the CRM.

The problem Sound familiar?

Why a CRM you already pay for sits empty.

Set up like everyone else's

The pipeline came from a template, but you sell differently. Every time, the manager has to choose between stages that don't fit — and ends up choosing none.

Channels live apart

Part of the correspondence is in WhatsApp, part in Telegram, calls on someone's phone. The CRM only gets what a person managed to copy across by hand — which is never everything.

Follow-ups depend on memory

Nobody reminds anyone to call back in three days. The client who said «I'll think about it» disappears for good — and the report shows nothing.

Reports are assembled by hand

Once a week somebody exports everything into a spreadsheet. The numbers arrive late and with mistakes, and decisions get made on gut feeling.

More fields than meaning

Twenty required fields on a card. The manager fills them in just to close the form — and the data stops meaning anything.

Rolled out and abandoned

The contractor delivered the setup and vanished. The process changed a month later, there is nobody to change the pipeline — and the team quietly goes back to messengers.

Scope What's included

What exactly we set up.

Pipelines that match the process

Stages are named the way you name them among yourselves. Separate pipelines for different kinds of deals — new business, repeat sales, long projects.

Every channel and phone line

Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, marketplaces, email, website forms and calls all land in one window. An enquiry creates a deal by itself, with nothing copied by hand.

Automated tasks

Movement between stages, automatic call-back tasks, reminders and alerts to the head of sales. A deal with no next step stops being possible.

Integrations

Payments, documents, inventory, accounting, the website, end-to-end analytics — we connect what is actually used in the work, not the whole list at once.

Access rights and data hygiene

Everyone sees their own, the head of sales sees everything. Fields are mandatory only where the money can't be counted without them. Duplicate deals and contacts get cleaned out.

Reporting

Conversion by stage, source and manager, deal length, reasons for losses. The numbers add up by themselves and match reality.

Result What changes

Three things you notice at once.

No enquiry gets lost

Every message and every call creates a deal automatically. Forgetting to enter a client is no longer possible — there is nothing to enter, they are already there.

Every deal has a next step

A card with no task is highlighted, and the head of sales sees it. «The client just went quiet» stops being an explanation.

A report is opened, not assembled

Conversion by stage and by source is calculated in real time. It becomes clear at which step, and for what reason, the money leaks.

Together CRM and the AI agent

The agent answers. The CRM remembers.

CRM without the agent

It works, but it depends on how fast a person replies. At night and at weekends the enquiry sits unread, and by morning the client is already writing to a competitor.

CRM with the agent

The agent replies within seconds at any hour, finds out what the client needs and fills the card in itself. In the morning the manager opens the CRM to prepared warm deals instead of a list of missed ones.

How 4 steps

We set it up in four steps.

01

Process review

We look at how a deal moves today: where clients come from, who does what, where enquiries get lost. We listen to real conversations, not to a description of the process.

02

Build

We build the pipelines, fields, permissions and automatic tasks. We connect the channels and telephony and set up the reports around your questions about the numbers.

03

Migration and integrations

We move clients over from spreadsheets or the old system, clear out duplicates and connect payments, documents and the rest of your services.

04

Launch and training

We train the team on their own deals, watch how the system lives for the first few weeks and fix whatever gets in the way. The rollout ends with a habit, not with a hand-over.

Money What it costs

First we count the losses, then the price.

The price depends on the number of pipelines and channels, how deep the automation goes and whether data has to be moved from an old system. The process review and the estimate are free: first we look at where exactly your deals leak, and only then name a price.

The amoCRM licence is paid directly to amoCRM and is not part of our fee — we don't earn anything on it.

Questions 6 answers

Frequently asked questions.

We already have amoCRM, but nobody uses it

This is the most common case, and we always start the same way: by finding out what stops people using it. Usually it is a pipeline that doesn't match the real process, and fields there is nothing to put in. We rebuild the setup around how you work — without losing the deal history.

Can you migrate data from spreadsheets or another CRM?

Yes. We move clients, deals and history over from Excel, Google Sheets or another system, clearing duplicates along the way. What gets migrated and what stays in the archive is decided before the migration, not after.

Is the amoCRM licence included in the price?

No. You pay the licence directly to amoCRM and it stays yours. We charge for setup and support, not for reselling a subscription.

The team doesn't want to use the CRM. What then?

You can't force people, but you can remove the reasons. When the deal is created by itself from a message or a call, the task appears automatically and there are three required fields instead of twenty, the resistance goes away. What is left is closed by training on their own deals and one clear rule from the head of sales.

How long does the rollout take?

One pipeline and a couple of channels usually take one to two weeks. Several directions, telephony, data migration and integrations take three to six weeks. Most of that time goes on reviewing the process and agreeing decisions, not on the setup itself.

Where is client data stored?

The data is stored in amoCRM, and our own services run on a server in Russia. What exactly is collected and why is set out in the personal data policy.
