Enquiries that make it all the way to money.
Strategy, content, websites, SEO and advertising — assembled into one flow and counted through to revenue. We answer for enquiries your sales team can close, not for impressions and clicks.
Marketing that has a continuation.
What we do
We work out who you sell to and what they pay you for, put the offer into words, build landing pages and content around it, launch search and advertising — and measure the result in paid deals rather than in leads.
What we don't do
We don't push traffic into a team that can't keep up with replies. If enquiries are lost at first contact, advertising simply speeds up the losses — first we fix the handling, then we open the tap.
The budget goes, the revenue doesn't move.
A report about reach
The agency shows impressions, clicks and engagement. How much of that turned into money nobody knows — including the agency.
There are leads, there are no sales
The leads are cheap but wrong: people come who need something else or can't afford it. The sales team stops believing marketing.
A website that is a business card
The page talks about the company instead of solving the client's problem. The visitor doesn't understand what to do next and leaves.
Content for the sake of content
Posts go out on schedule but answer none of the questions that stand between a person and a purchase. There is activity, there is no movement.
Everything rests on advertising
The budget is switched off and the flow ends the same day. No search traffic, no reputation, no client base that brings enquiries by itself.
The agencies don't add up
Advertising with one team, the website with another, content with a third. Nobody answers for the result as a whole, and the seams are exactly where the money is lost.
What the flow is built from.
Strategy and positioning
Who we sell to, what we are paid for and how we differ. Without that any channel turns into a lottery and the copy into a list of virtues.
Content production
A steady stream of material: articles, videos, posts. The AI takes on the drafts and the volume, a person takes on the meaning and the fact-checking.
Landing pages and websites
Pages built for a specific query and a specific action. Fast, clear and connected to the CRM, so the enquiry isn't lost on the way.
SEO
A site structure built around what people actually search for. Search traffic grows more slowly than advertising, but it doesn't disappear when the budget is switched off.
Performance advertising
Search, social and marketplaces with a single job: to bring enquiries that make it to payment. Channels are compared by revenue, not by cost per click.
Payback analytics
The whole path from impression to money. You can see which channel pays back, which brings leads without sales, and what a client actually costs.
Three things you notice at once.
The path to payment is what gets counted. A cheap lead that never buys stops looking like an achievement.
Search, content and your existing base keep working in the months when advertising has to be held back.
One set of figures and one source of data. The argument about bad leads versus bad handling gets settled by facts.
Handling first, flow second.
If traffic is poured into a leaking funnel
Enquiries will arrive at night and at weekends, wait half a day for a reply and go to whoever answered first. The budget will be spent in full, and marketing will get the blame.
So we start with the funnel
We look at how fast enquiries are answered, where they land and what happens to them next. If first contact is weak, we put in the AI agent and the CRM, and only then increase the flow.
We launch in four steps.
Demand review
We look at what your clients search for, what competitors promise and which of your enquiries already make it to money.
Offer and landing
We put the offer into words and build pages for specific queries. We connect them to the CRM so the source of every enquiry is known.
Channel launch
We start with one or two channels rather than all at once: that way it is clear what works and the budget isn't spread thin.
Counting through to revenue
Every week we look at paid deals rather than clicks. Channels that don't pay back are switched off without regret.
First we count the losses, then the price.
Our work is paid separately from the advertising budget: the budget goes to the platforms in full and we take no percentage of it — otherwise it would pay us to spend more rather than better. The review and the estimate are free.
If it turns out to be cheaper to fix how enquiries are handled than to buy new ones, we'll say so.
Frequently asked questions.
How soon will the first enquiries come?
Advertising brings enquiries within days of launch, search and content take months. That is why we usually start with advertising and build search in parallel, so that in six months the flow doesn't depend on the budget alone.
How much budget is needed to start?
That is calculated from your own maths: average deal value, conversion to sale and the acceptable cost per client. First we work out at what cost per enquiry advertising makes sense at all, and only then name a figure.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee the work and a transparent count through to revenue, not a specific number of deals: a sale also depends on how the team handles enquiries. Anyone who guarantees sales inside someone else's funnel is usually counting on you not to check.
The content is made by AI — won't it be junk?
The AI provides volume and drafts, but it doesn't decide what is true. Meaning, facts and examples come from a person who knows your field. Text nobody checked damages a reputation faster than it helps search rankings.
We already have an advertising agency
That's fine. We can take the strategy, the landing pages and the analytics and leave the advertising with them — provided the figures are counted in one place. Otherwise the argument about whose leads are better goes on forever.
Who owns the websites and the ad accounts?
You do. Accounts are opened in your company's name, the domains and websites are yours, and the credentials stay with you. You can leave us without losing anything that has been built up.
Let's count your path to the client.
We'll review your current marketing free of charge: where you overpay for enquiries and which channel will bring revenue soonest.
